Does anyone happen to know the date and time of trick or treat in Latrobe?

I've tried looking on the city of latrobe website and can't find it.

Thanks!

Are you sure that's right? I don't have kids but I always set up for the kids, and the time has always been at night, from 5:00-9:00 pm or something like that.

Maybe that's the parade time????

I loved trick or treating for 6 hours straight with my pillow cases at night when I was younger. Any year where we do mid day celebration always bothers me. That and the fact it seems like there are less and less people inclined to give out candy.

The percent for rain from 4pm-6pm is zero. It should be a nice day for Trick or Treating.
