I am impressed. Actual Gnome in a chair. I have to take back all that I have said. Every body on the forum is too uptight. Humor is a great cure for stress of all kinds, regardless of what is going on.. Finally something to smile about. There is hope yet. The little guy does need a name though. Surely someone has a good one. And I'm sure the usual badgers will come up with something that will spoil it all. Good intentions don't always work. Thanks for the few moments of unselfish humor.

Union wrote: King Leonidas (from the Movie 300) "Leonidas" That is a very clever name. The King of Sparta who held the pass at Thermopylae. Reference to earlier post about holding the pass on Ligonier Street. The movie wasn't clear about it, but the defenders were actually betrayed by one of their own. a Malian Greek traitor named Ephialtes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Thermo...

Good idea. You need at least one Helium Balloon for a classic. You have to admit when people see him they smile instead of scowl. Have some fun for a change. Hero originated as a "female" name, but later was used by both men and women http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hero "Hero and Leander" Hero and Leander is a Greek myth, relating the story of Hero, a "Priestess of Aphrodite" who dwelt in a tower in Sestos, at the edge of the Hellespont, and Leander (Leandros, or Λέα νδρ ος), a young man from Abydos on the other side of the strait. Leander fell in love with Hero and would swim every night across the Hellespont to be with her. Hero would light a lamp at the top of her tower to guide his way. Succumbing to Leander's soft words, and to his argument that Aphrodite, as goddess of love, would scorn the worship of a virgin, Hero allowed him to make love to her. This routine lasted through the warm summer. But one stormy winter night, the waves tossed Leander in the sea and the breezes blew out Hero's light, and Leander lost his way, and was drowned. Hero threw herself from the tower in grief and died as well.
