who ever had the flag upside down could be unhappy with the goverment. showing his displeasure this way. or they are just idiots, running it up the pole without checking on it. but at least they put one out, give them that. respect the flag people.

If you don't know how to properly display the flag ,don't bother to diplay it at all.Many lives were lost fighting for what it stands for,so that we can live here.

While it appears the link you provided is no longer working, so I can't see what the intention is... However, traditionally flying the US Flag upside down is a sign of a 'nation in distress.' It is NOT intended to be an Anti-American gesture. Also, many will fly the US Flag upside down as a symbol that their 'rights as an American have been violated.'
