The county commissioners should stay out of the day-to-day governance of WCCC. Appoint a board, hire a president, and let the experts run the institution.

Fire a president you don't have faith in but don't try to neuter him and keep him in office. Its an amazing institution and don't ruin it with you political shenanigans.

I agree with Angelique. What do these commissioners know about education and why should they think they can run the institution.

They want it as another patronage spot where they can stick the dull witted and unqualified scion of local political hacks.

I once went for a job interview and the first question the HR manager asked was "Who do you know?"

No wonder Western Pennsylvania is dying.
