Fireworks!!

Does anyone know if the July 4th fireworks in Independence, Ky are on the 4th this year???

I don't know what percentage $10K is of the whole cost.

City Council wouldn't let him have light music on Bulldog's patio, so he withdrew his support. His money, his decision.

Pre show is July 3rd at 10pm....And again on the 4th at 10pm

The city doesnt need Bulldogs' money for a show...as they say,the show must go on, and it is!!

I think there are several contributers. I wouldn't want to hear his "light" music in Independence either.

Well sure, no one wants to be forced to listen to anything at unreasonable times and volumes. But could be neighbor cutting his grass at 8:00 a.m. too, or me cutting up a tree with my chainsaw at midnight.

The city needs to clarify it's noise ordinance and use sound level meters to determine what is too loud.

(If Deter's had hired ME, you'd have LOVED what I play! LOL!)
