Thats just not in the Terrace, it's everywhere, and not just in the "pj" I understand that ppl need help from time to time, just taking advantage of the situation is somewhat overwhelming to the "taxpayers" and I understand why ppl have the attitude as the person I am quoting from above....
But who are we to judge how the next person lives, ppl live life they way the normally are raised, and to those who have worked their way outta the projects and did something with they life....

I have a friend that I have known since we were young kids that lives in the terrace and she is not a welfare mom or a drug addict it was just the easiest place for her to afford and to easiest place to get an apartment. So do not judge all people who live there. There are some good people there, you just have to weed them out from the rest lol

you guys are stupid nothing in wrong with the terrace and don't put everyone in the cat. as a drug dealer or wellfare mom stupid asses wtf you don't kno anything sometimes you got to do what you got to doo...theres nothing wrong with living somewhere, it was fine untill all the "thugs & gangsters" moved in....REALLLLY!

I'm assuming your are tryin to say that nothing is wrong with the Terrace, in a since I agree, it's in the same catagory as Jacob Price, as well as City Heights, it's a Housing Authority for Low Income familys. Now in my experience as a reporter, Low income familys consist those of living on State Supported funds, or very low paying part-time jobs, where you don't get the check, but get stamps, however, experience shows that where low income housing exists, so do a majority of "thugs/gangsta's" My sister lives in City Heights, and I must say, while visiting my Nephews, I've heard the stories, of how to get over on the system, and who has what and who is gonna cap this one or that one.
However........
In my previous response, I said, I understand ppl need help from time to time just don't take advantage of the situation as well...."it's not just the pjs, it's all over.." But apparently the state beleives something needs to be down with those locations, they have tore down a majority of the Jacob Price facility, and are in process of determining which one should go next.
And again, IF you are a protigy of the PJ's and got out and did something other with your life...

some people no matter where they are are profesonals at cheating the system.I beleive in helping people get on their feetto a limit if they don't take the free things away! I have managed low income houseing and believe me 95% are cheats! They have their dope selling boyfriends living with them so they can have designer jeans & gold. Men of low income and elderly get much of nothing! The city should check on this and boot them out ! If they have children they should not have to see what goes on! Take them away! Give help to the sick elderly & single men who obey laws & rules of where they live. not to some lazy people who have done nothing and plan to do nothing legal in there life! I have a neighbor who bought a house on the yes u can program. Her babies daddy lives there too and has a decent job. She is trying to get disabilty for 2 yrs. Says she was hurt in an accident. Some how she got her house insulated free,new doors,& new air conditioner. now tell me that is right!!!! My husband & i live on true disablity he is 70 and I am 62. no one will help us! no wonder the world is in such bad shape with the cheats the truely needy can't get help at all. And yes these low-lifes are dirty and and leave the places in a mess when they move in the middle of the night. also my neighbor is takeing classes for phyical theripist now how can u do that with abad back so bad u are disabled? I am not speaking of all people a lot of us need help and cannot get it for the low-lifes that think of nothing but themselfs!

I know the place well. I dont believe everyone there is a low life but it really gets me mad when im driving home from work and the same people are sitting outside all the time and you know they dont have a job. And they adjust your rent according to your income so if you dont have a job you dont have to pay rent. Im all for helping someone out when they are down on their luck but they also got to try to help themselves and be a productive part of society.
