NehaRain.. You mean Nancy Pelousy??? You know her husband has a good racket going on in Kalifornia "Arnold Speak".. He apparently owns a lot of real estate and just conveniently has been awarded various contracts, etc. They have been keeping him under the radar. Nancy Pelousy can equate to the typical DUMB Democrat as much as former Chappaquiddick Olympic swimmer Ted Kennedy. Yes, they both have a lot in common with Urban America! Just don't let urban America through their gated community...

I agree with the view that Sarah Palin and her family were unfairly dragged through the mud by the media in a way they didn't deserve. But the hypocrisy of the posts here is incredible. You all say that it's ok for Palin's daughter to have a baby out of wedlock, as long as she's Christian and forgiven, and has a family around her with the financial means and togetherness to support both the daughter and her child. Ok, I get that--in a difficult family situation, that's the ideal--family pulls together to help one of its own. But what about the opposite case? A young woman gets pregnant, doesn't have a family that cares about her, doesn't have the means to support herself, and ends up on welfare as a result. Then she's ghetto trash? A lot of the stories on this website deal with women in situations that could be just like that--whether they're "Christian and forgiven" usually isn't mentioned in the articles. So how do you folks justify judging someone's morals and viciously attacking their character if you don't know all the facts--you only hear what the media chooses to tell you? I would think by now that it's pretty obvious that the media is in business to sell stories, not report all the facts. And if the media plays on the Palin family's difficulties for political motives or what have you, don't you think it's also possible that the media plays on the stories of ordinary folks as well? I haven't personally known too many people whose story has made it on the news, but I have known a few in the past 50 years or so. And in every case, the news ended up twisting some aspect of the story or the facts involved.

Her Down's baby is a tad too functional around the male dominated heavyweight orbit of politics that she is so drawn to. Be very careful, Sarah. Ignorance is no excuse for the law-- and the world is filled with people who love scandal. Jealous are we? You sound bitter. There is no comparison to her and Brittney. Brittney is a s-l-u-t and I don't use that word. Legal trouble around Trig? Oh please. You libs will make up any story. Sounds desperate. I guess if you didn't think she had a chance you wouldn't bother with her. Your president is the one who should have the legal problems. We can only hope.

I haven't personally known too many people whose story has made it on the news, but I have known a few in the past 50 years or so. And in every case, the news ended up twisting some aspect of the story or the facts involved. Your post in a round about way stated the reason, with liberal views thrown in. No one ever said it is OK to have a child out of wedlock. But here is the difference, Sarah Palin and people like her take care of their own. They step up to the plate and take care of their responsibilities, they don't pass it on to somebody else. They help that daughter anyway possible, even raise that baby if that is what it takes. But they do it on their OWN, even if it means getting a second job to do so. The other scenario you threw out there - they are dependent on the government. We the working people have to pay for that young woman and her baby with our tax dollars. It is a fact that many of these "young women" you mentioned who don't have families, their mothers were probably in the same situation, it snowballs. Then these women keep having more babies, the more babies, the bigger the welfare check - resulting in more taxes out of the paychecks of working men/women. Also resulting - children with mothers who could care less what they are doing, just as long as that check keeps showing up in that mailbox. Most of these children don't have the same father's, most don't even know who their father's are. We all know the outcome of that is not very good. Hypocrisy? Not at all, just not blinded by the facts. We are able to distinguish the two scenario's you threw out and not use them as a comparison, because they're not comparable. But don't take my word for it, just drive by your county welfare office.

Sarah Palin is playing you fools like a puppet. Keep making her rich, she smart enough to know your fools will hang on to every little word she says, and I bet she's laughing all the way to the bank. But if you come to think of it, if you fools voted for Bush you fools will believe anything. I hope she does get in the White House, and then and only then you fools will realize how stupid and brain washed you really are. I can bet if Sarah was 50 pounds heavier none of you fools would give her a second look, you silly people are only caught on the way she looks, nothing more, kind of sad if you think about it, because she has a brain of a fly. LOL but again, you fools keep trying to put that clown in the white house, you better brush up on your spanish and muslim speaking because I can bet within 2 months of that clown being in office AMERICA WILL BE TAKEN OVER. So instead of you bright fools trying to put someone in office because of your spiteful hateful ways, you people need to wake up and smell the freakin coffee. Because if she gave up on being a govern, THE WHITE HOUSE IS UP FOR THE TAKEN

America already is being slowly taken over by far-left ideologies with non-Christian values, you "fool". Everything you fear will happen if Sarah Palin is in the White House, is happening right now with your Obama in office, "fool." Wow, shooting fish in a barrel...

Sorry if the black folks haven't learned this concept yet. Could be part of the problem, don't you think? Why are you bringing race into this? Black folks? I'm talking about any young woman that might have been raised in a bad environment and then found herself pregnant and alone. For someone who claims she isn't bigoted, you sure manage to put your foot in your mouth time and time again. Some young women do commit the same mistakes as their parents, and some of them commit the same mistakes over and over again. That's a separate issue, although an important one. But what I'm talking about is the tendency for posters here to just assume that if a young woman makes a mistake and has no support structure in her life (like a good family), then her morals and character are raked over coals when you don't know her and are basing your judgment solely on what the media tells you. That's just ignorance. These forums are supposed to be places to discuss issues and ideas, not assassinate other people's character. That form of argument, if you can call it argument, is called "ad hominum." (Latin for "against the man"), and its the weakest form of argument there is--equivalent to playground taunts and name-calling. And what is its purpose in the end?

Oh yeah and he is dying of cancer. Or aids or throat cancer. Hummmmm it all makes since. Swallow, inhale, the road is a ruff one in the life of a man on the down low.
