Finally got around to replacing my wood fence. I jumped into modern times with what they call a Simtek fence. Champi fence is a dealer for it - I was and am blown away and so are my neighbors. check it out www.simtek.com or www.champifence.com

Its got a lifetime warranty! I'm pretty sure I wont be repairing my wood fence on the weekend anymore.

John,

How much does this type of fence cost - is it per foot or per square foot????

Material on thing ran about $34-35 per lineal foot. They get about 10-12 bucks per foot on top of that to install the thing. I did not need any gates but they have gates that match. Pretty cool.

Thanks John!

I sent an email to the dealer you listed Champi Fence co.- looks like they are a solid company.
What color did you go with - can you email me a pic??

For those not in LA I noticed that the website John listed is actually not for Simtek Fence- the website to the fence company is www.simtekfence.com

They have a video clip of a baseball bouncing off their product and tearing holes in normal white vinyl. Pretty nice. We ended up going with the Brown which we love.

I just looked at these. How do those who purchased like the product?

We are in Mass and I'm very pleased to have found SimTek fence as an alternative to wood. Was hoping for slightly higher fence but 6' will do I guess. Asked the company to contact me to hook us up with a local distributor/installer. Hoping this material will give us a better sound barrier than wood as we are on a main street. I welcome all comments - no photos?
