Lemoore police officer's car hit while responding to emergency call
A Lemoore police officer who was responding to an emergency was broadsided by cross traffic at a Lemoore intersection Tuesday, but no one was significantly injured, the California Highway Patrol said.

And guess who the CHP will blame. So if the police car was supposed to be going 2 mph and cautiously through the intersection on a red light, how the heck did it get in front of the other car?
