Teen held in hammer attack

She turned around to walk off and he hit her in the back of the head with a hammer and then he ran over her with her car A Jackson County teen was behind bars Friday, accused in the Halloween night claw-hammer beating and robbery of a 27-year-old Latimer woman. Jackson County Sheriff Mike Byrd said Nicole Elizabeth Falany was found unconscious about 3 a.m. in the driveway of a Theriot Avenue home. A witness, Byrd said, identified James Harry Bosarge, 17, as the one who assaulted Falany and then drove over her with her own car. 'We think it was a drug deal gone bad,' Byrd said. Something had to have happened that night. thats all i know. Cause (bosarge) is not a violent person ive hung around him to much to know. I just wanna know how does a 17 year old grab a hammer out of someon's closet and slash this woman with everyone standing around watching. Someone else did it and planted it on him thats all i know. or could quess. cause the hammer was in ole dudes house in his closet in his tool bag. How did that happen? without anyone stopping him?? Someone should have stopped him if others were around... assuming he did actually commit the crime, of course. He has not been found guilty yet so y'all keep this in mind. Whomever else was there should be charged with crimes as well.

yea and the other guy that was down there had blood in his finger nails too, and then he moved to georgia??? whats he running from??? and also the girl only remembers Someone <-- Key word, hitting her in the back of the head, then someone backing over her and then she remembers waking up to Keneth picking her up out of the ditch, so you tell me who had a part in it also?? cause thats pretty crappy to let something like that go on in your own yard, and not try to stop it and or hard to believe that they didnt have a part of it, and not to mention the way i look at it, is she was trying to commit suicide, cause it was her crack she sold him, her hammer he was beating her with, cause she was the adult in the situation and he was under HER influence. and its not like it mattered to her anyway being the fact that she's in jail again for her fourth time selling it to a minor so yea.
