Shaker Run Apartments - Good or Bad?

[maybe moving to Peebles]

I am planning on moving into the Peebles community and would like to know if anyone knows anything about the apartment complex that is on Shaker Run. I have heard that there is alot of lazy no goods that live there, is that true?

well if you are moving to peebles than you probably shouldnt call them lazy

take it from me there are alot of no goods that live there.. and the people that runs them are asses to. i wouldnt recomend living there to anyone, when you move out they want to keep your deposit for carpet cleaning even if the carpert was left clean..ive had 5 people that live there told me they never got there deposit back either,they try to find some way when you move.to have you oweing them instead of them oweing you.the charge you 150.00 for carpert cleaning and 75.00 for cleaning the frig and stove even if you leave it spotless.and then what ever eles they can find to charge.but no one i know thats lived there likes it and after they move they really dont like not getting there deposit back

both...lol..yea and the people that live in the house right by the office are the worst. she a ex wanna be whoe.her fat hubby is a want a be fat hog cop..in seaman.they cause trouble all the time. they have a nutty son and a next generation whoe daughter, windells is there last name.so watch out for these trouble makers they run to the office about every fart they hear
