One of the most racist articles ever written by the Daily Progress. To print that the entire "black community" of Alto, Texas is "mistaken" when seeing Officer Smith repeatedly patrolling alone during his "suspension" is simply rubbing their faces into the shooting incident that they witnessed. The Progress is trying to debunk all complaints re. a suspended officer still doling out traffic citations.
