Las Vegas Real Estate Agents breaking laws again

My group has tried to buy 71 homes in Las Vegas with solid down payments, good credit, and legitimate offers, but is 71 out of 92 attempts....we were told that the homes already had contingent offers. Further investigation showed that many of the homes had been on the market for quite some time with "contingent offers." So we ask the Nevada Attorney General: Are the homes for sale or not? and if so, how could a "contingent offer" on a house go on for over a year and a half? I mean, if there is an offer, doesn't it SELL after so long? One home has had a contingent offer for over five hundred days.

Of course what is REALLY going on is that Real Estate Agents are filled with greed and are up to the same tricks that caused over 125 agents to be arrested a year or so ago.

When a home is for sale, and it has a "contingent offer," then after a few months if no OTHER higher offer comes through, then it seems that one contingent offer would be accepted and the house would be sold.

How could a contingent offer stay in place for over five hundred days and the offer not be accepted? I'll tell you how. The agent only TELLS people the home has a contingent offer so when you offer to buy it for the advertised price he can tell you there is a higher offer already in place. That way you might have to offer even MORE than the "other" guy who has an offer "in place."

No one is minding the Real Estate Fort anymore...and agents are free to cheat and lie in the hopes of making more money...not realizing that in their attempts they are bringing Las Vegas to its KNEES by keeping the homes empty and therefor slowing the ability for Las Vegas to gain population of which people who move there spend money on groceries, doctors, haircuts, license plates, auto and home insurance, clothing, restaurants, gambling, gasoline, and the things that help keep a city in progressive cash flow.

This illegal practice the agents are practicing is causing the collapse of Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Real Estate situation needs to be taken over by the state and governed very carefully so the state can increase population in Las Vegas and get people living there to spend money on living expenses and help keep the city afloat.

The casino owners do not CARe if the city lives or dies....THEY also OWN McCau in China and since China is doing very well economically, you can imagine how much money is being made over there in THOSE casinos.

When comparing Las Vegas to Mc Cau, you can say its like comparing a 7-11 to a Walmart. If Las Vegas does not pick ITSELF up, it will wither and collapse and become a ghost town, or at least a very dry lifeless town.

The casino owners KNOSW this and they are not telling you the truth about the DWINDLING cash flow in the city that relies on ENTERTAINMENT as its ONLY source of real income.

Go ahead, Let the Real Estate Agents bring you down, all the way down. People will keep driving to that casino an hour away from their homes all across the United States and simply DRIVE back home after an evening of fun and SAVE the money it cost to FLY IN to Las Vegas, stay in a hotel and eat at your restaurants and gamble.

What mind of local government would continue to let this go on?

You should stop trying to buy homes and look at some net lease CRE investments in LV.

You are correct about greedy agents. They will work to double end a deal so they get ALL the commission.

Las Vegas has ALL this desert and build homes where you can reach out your bedroom window and shake your neighbors hand.
GREED is all I can say. Then the HOA's are high for what? GREED again. Your landscaper is an illegal. Wow GREED again. Your land lot is tiny but the pictures show a real house with real land. Wow GREED again. Or false advertisement?
The picture on the internet is NOT what you get.
