Judge Jones is part of the problem, not the solution IMO. His revolving door policy is revolting!

This is a pandoras box issue. The whole point in you being anti-illegal is that they're a burden on our society.... right? So the most logical solution is to remove them from the country therefore removing the burden...right? However, by you demanding the maximum punishment allowable is not removing the burden as it cost over $45,000 a year to incarcerate a person in the USA.

To add insult to injury, in 2009 one in every 31 U.S. adults is in the corrections system, which includes jail, prison, probation and supervision, more than double the rate of a quarter century ago, according to a report released on Monday by the Pew Center on the States.

So your plan is to incarcerate people forever? Who is going to pay for that? That's right... that would be you. Regardless of what you do, you end up being on the losing end of the stick as you're still going to have to pay out of your azz either way. So now what? Deprive them of life? If that ends up happening then this place would no longer be the USA.

at least if they are a burden on us anyway why no have them behind bars where i see all belong before getting deported. if they are in jail they are not on our streets robbing stealing and killing citizens.
they do not every need to be just deported prison time should always be the first step. set up private prisons who only house illegal aliens at the bare minimum.
