This really saddens me...The same situation, almost to a tee, happened to me back in 1983, and nothing happened to my ex. The DA at that time wouldn't even consider prosecution even though a gun was involved in my situation, mostly because I, too, gave the s.o.b. a ride to where he hid his truck. Only someone that has been there can see how her story makes sense, and the fact that we haven't made any progress in almost 30 years regarding this type of violence against women is absolutely appalling. No wonder so many end up dead at the hand of their ex that can't take the rejection when she finally leaves him!

Why did you give him a ride to his truck you idiot. This shows a pattern of control from the women. You let him do this and didnt have a problem until later when he doesnt jump for you. A real rape victim would run and get help, not give the guy a ride home. get over it. I wonder if you hgave made other false alogations against men before? I wonder if this women in this story has, i bet so on both.

Are you kidding me? Having been in an abusive relationship and knowing that the abuser wants to control everything, I can understand why someone would give someone who raped them a ride to their vehicle. I can say with 100% certainty, that if my rapist (who was dating at the time) had asked me to give him a ride to his vehicle, I would have done so for fear of beig raped again or beaten even more.

So, Sick, REAL rape victims don't all follow your expectations. Many women feel so disgusting after being raped that they shower and scrub themselves, some with such force they rip their skin off. Yeah, they wash any DNA evidence off but that does not mean that the rape did not happen. Heck, some are too scared to report the rape.

So before you start putting rape victims down and judging us, I suggest you meet with some of the counselors at Desert View Counseling or go to the Take Back the Night event and talk to some of us rape victims yourself. You need a reality check!

My prayers go to the victim in this case. I pray that she does not end up dead at the hands of this rapist!

Judge King please remember this when they find her beaten body. Prosecutors please learn to properly file a case so the murderers, rapists, and drunks aren't continually put on the streets to do it again and again.

You may have a gripe about the Judge, but the prosecuters did file a petition and fought for the him being prosecuted on the charges the Judge dismissed. Please remember that prosecuters can only present the evidence they have and then the defense gets its chance to poke holes in it. That's our system. Sounds like in this case the evidence didn't support the charges and that was the judge's ruling. Unfortunatley there have been women all over who have made up accusations in these types of cases which hurts all real victims of these crimes. Just look at the Duke Lacrosse Team a few years ago. That women was proven she lied and made up the accusations.

When you stay after the first sign of abuse it is your own fault at that point. A true rape victim i do feel for , but a women who sticks around and takes more does not get any symphothy from alot of people.

If for some reason her body is found beaten and murdered because she went back to him that would be stupidity on her part and not saying she deserves it but stupidity on her part and population control would be the outcome.

Wonder how much his daddy had to pay to get him off the hook. This isn't the first time this guy has been charged for rape. It's actually the third. But daddy owns Holcomb oil. The right amount of money can buy you anything, including freedom.

Look, even the best of us can't always control what our dongs do. They have a mind of their own and sometimes they pop up unexpectedly. I once got a boner at a funeral so I can see how this might happen.

That is very disgusting to hear about these rapist. It is said that the rapist is someone who knows the victim. It is sad to hear that "some" men get turned on by violent behaviors! That is truth to the rapist once they commit rape they will always rape. I would think the best way to deal with these ding dongs who commit such violent behaviors and take it out on women, should be dealt with the full extent to the law!

Sick to my Stomach...it's hard to leave an abusive relationship after the first beating. many women do not leave in fear of looking over their back for their ex, also for the kids and many other reason. You need to talk to victims first hand then just maybe you would understand. After being raped, your in shock or other emotions are running wild, which I can see why many victims give a ride to the attacker. Before you start putting people down on a subject you don't know about...do some research!
