Speaking of showers, I FINALLY managed to dig out a dog path in my yard. Pooch will be happy.
I love doggies. Our poodle didn't appreciate the snow much. The snow got caught in his little paws and he always wanted to get back in the house ASAP. And would then lick his paws until they were snow-free and warm again.

The shepherd OTOH loved it. He could bounce around in it all day.

I take it your dog is of the small variety hence the path.

Our driveway is still icy in parts and treacherous. Need to spread some more salt.

LOL.
Well, you're way toooo intellectually inferior for me to condescend to your level.
Be happy childless, bisexual, old man, OK?
Bisexual? No.

We call that projection.

Thought the idea of twice as many dates is not all together bad.

If you promise to stay off my level, I'm ok with that too.

Childless, yes. Never got around to it. Is that a bad thing?

Not old yet, but we're all getting there, hopefully.

Busy night tonight. My 'Adam 12' DVDs showed up on Friday.
We have a cable channel here where they play the "oldies" - Adam 12, Emergency, etc.... Funny watching shows where cell phones, PCs and other technologies we take for granted didn't exist yet or were not commonplace. Good stuff.

Don't make me laugh.
Frijoles and intelligence are light years apart.
Frijoles is on par with say a middle school kid in reasoning skills and besides he's a fanatic with hardly any ethics.
In a war with Israel, I bet you this scumbag will side with Israel and not the US.
I can't trust him one bit.
Kindly provide an example of Frijoles' lapse in ethics.

Would you like to see a war between the US and Israel?

Do you think this is likely? Why or why not?

Be careful with the salt. I always clean my dogs paws off when we come back in.

I'm waiting excitedly for the UPS truck to arrive. Ordered a pair of slip-on snow shoes from LL Bean. Will make going in and out a lot easier.

The God of the Hebrew Bible is fiction - a product of inventive human minds.
However, as a creative thought, this God can take shape in the human consciousness with the human mind embellishing this mental creation with all sorts of anthropopathic traits including the basest of human instincts like jealousy, hatred, anger, violence, fanaticism et al which we see in YHVH.
I guess it is from this mental construct - this human created God - worshiped by his benighted ancestors and by himself that Frijoles gets his jealousy, inferiority complex, low intellect, prejudice, cunning, bigotry and lack of ethics.
The further evolution of this human-mind created God is yet more of human traits, mostly of the perverse kind, added to it. LOL.
On a deeper note, since consciousness is an effect of organized molecular activity in the brain thus God, in general, being a mental construct in human brain-engineered consciousness, is a mere image.
If God is universe then the universe is full of imperfections and is at the same time intransient and so how can this flawed and impermanent nature of the universe be the innate nature of God?
Think it over, dunce.
Observations on your post:

1. On the internet, you are what is called a true "flame thrower." You see to be spewing vitriol and verbal poison in a most unpleasant manner. Your comments about Frijoles are without foundation, over the top, and out of line. Your are eminently worthy of being ignored as you appear to be a troll. And we all know the best approach there: Don not feed the troll.

2. Re: your comments on the nature of god, you're preaching to the choir. Common sense in my book, bigger dunce.

Love that show.

Did as a kid and still enjoy it today.

One of the cars they used was an AMC Matador! Still managed to look cool.

JOEL - I don't believe in religion and gave it up at the age of 16.....

......On this thread, the sub-intellectual religious nuts like Hugh, Rick, Frijoles, Rabbee and MUQ radiate the most disturbing vibes on account of the perversion of the brain by damaging mental constructs called God.
You clearly enjoy your own words.

Other people always enjoy that in a person.:))

Are you not only NOT religious but actually ANTI-religion?

Do you have something against believers themselves?

Would you consider yourself atheist/agnostic?

Bye, trainee nurse.
Cleaning pus boils and giving enemas to patients, I guess.
Nursing is noble profession.

And in this county, it is a good profession that has job security and
decent compensation.

What do you do?

What have you ever done for your fellow man?

So, you're blind to his unethical ways - one, for example, is his willful unfairness in matters of his cult versus someone else's faith.

Recently, he reported me once or twice to Topix since the brainless fool found some of my posts "offensive" and Topix then began blocking my posts.

God and Gods are mere mental concepts that have taken firm root in the collective subconscious of believers but in objective reality there's nothing like God or Gods.

Everything is in existence is energy/matter and an emergent consciousness due to organization/activity of energy/matter of a system.

I am more concerned about investigating the various states of consciousness as emergent phenomenon of brain activity and i must say that I am not disappointed with my experiences and findings...

They didn't get the AMC until the last two or three seasons. Interesting bit of trivia. Malloy's personal car in the series is an AMC (although they logo is covered) and there is a running bit in the series where it's always in the shop. After AMC began sponsoring the cars they stopped bashing his car.

I am against wars and false flags that lead to staged wars..

The US and Israel are close allies because of the Jewish lobby and the influence of the Zio-Christian pressure groups in the US and in Europe.

I don't foresee a war between the US and Israel.

Israel is more a global pariah and a parasite state.

Yes, nursing is as noble as other menial services like sweeping, serving at tables, garbage collection and the like.

Well, each to his own profession depending on aspiration, aptitude and circumstances.

Yes, in the US, nursing, baby sitting, pole dancing, working as a stripper in a night club, acting in porn flicks, dish washing and the like are well paying professions.

I don't need to work for a living as my late parents left behind more than enough money to last many generations. Academically, I have a master's degree in a physical science from the IIT. In the past, I have taught high school and college students hailing from poor families and trained them for the IIT JEE. I don't do that any more.

Each one has to help himself though valuable help in the form of material resources and sound advice may be given to those seeking these. I am doing all of this.

Due to the yogic force that's active in me, I have since the past few weeks taken up the task of helping a 9 year old boy hailing from a poor family (a driver's son) to recover from a form of retardation which I suspect is Down's Syndrome given his physical and mental disabilities. Under the influence of the yogic force that I direct into his brain cells with specific movements, he's showing signs of marked recovery and his facial features are becoming quite normal, the mental faculties are improving and his speech is getting coherent. His parents are amazed...
