Does anyone have any information regarding what constitutes an
unlawful search when you are being
booked into jail?

What were the "guests" subjected to?

Was it about the timing of the search

The manner of the search

The extent of the search

Or the enthusiam or the searcher(s)?

I have never been a guest at the
Cross Bar Hotel.

What do they do when you are booked into custody?

Start to finish.

It does not matter whether the law was broken or not; this does not give them purverts permission to violate you with a strip search. You sound like a cop! Figures!

With a response like "maybe you should follow the law and you wouldnt of been wrongfully searched...may you sound like a cop that thinks he or she is above the law. It figures, you probably are law enforcement. Doesnt give anyone the right to violate with a strip search!
