Pegasus has no money and no investors for the project!

The so-called Pegasus Global Holdings has a Carr Workplaces virtual office at 1818 Library Street Suite 500 Reston, VA 20190 and 888 16th Street, NW Suite 800. Washington, DC 20008. No employees. The buildings provide a receptionist for companies to answer their phones. These companies have no staff.
