Yep we have to hide cigarettes from young people
but we can have girlie mags dislayed in the wide
open.

What's next hide the cookies, candies and ice
creams from the kids so that they will not have
a urge to eat them.

New York is a nanny state full of lemmings.

It's too bad Brian Haines, John Caldwell or even Chris Barela weren't elected to be the DA at the time Stephen Slevin was incarcerated.

The taxpayers wouldn't be left holding the $15.5 million bill that the Martinez regime is responsible for!

Talk about trying to pass the buck on this boondoogle!

Kudos to the new DA, Mark D'Antonio and his staff for bringing back some respectability to the 3rd Judicial District Court.

Former DA, Susana Martinez should be held accountable for not prosecuting Stephen Slevin.

If you recall, Mr. Slevin was arrested for Extreme DUI, driving a stolen vehicle, and resisting arrest. Why wasn't he brought to trial? Why wasn't the court order by Judge Driggers followed?

The taxpayers of Dona Ana County deserve some answers from person who was in charge at the time!

The new DA is short a few bricks.

Give us a break he rules that no charges will be
filed against person using their cellphone who
ends up MURDERING two innocent people - public
outrage - and then oh on the way up to Santa
Fe by some miracle evidence is found to change
his mind.

Give us a break!

Hey clownbot

All the people you mention are responsible for what happened.

If we had Brian Haines as the DA, we all would be worse off -
the guy could not even run the county - give us a break.
