So she was intoxicated, what's that have to do with the fact her brother killed her?
Exactly.

One also wonders why "Richard Zikmanis ... had armed himself just before everyone else went to bed".

The irony of the situation is that had they been smoking weed instead of arguing about its morality while consuming mass quantities of a LEGAL intoxicant, the tragedy would have been averted. They would have just munched out and went to bed early.Guns & alcohol=death

Obviously it would not take long to take a thought out of your head, sophomore.

Does anyone but you give a camel hair about driving while drunk? This is a murder case, Sonny. You need to exit the conversation and leave it to the adults with valid reasoning.
Your concern about being questions shows you must be very insecure as well. And, of course, the upper case letters show immaturity deluxe.
Not your form, Junior. Go away.

Quit stigmatizing the victim because she was intoxicated. This has nothing to do with the fact that she died.

Who gives a flip, horseface? It's another government employee guilty of a major crime of stupidity. Besides, when has NASA been the save all agency in the past three decades?

Most of you don't know jack! Those of us who knew this family also knows that Richard (or Scott) was a loving husband and a good father (who did not smoke weed or worked for NASA!). The point here is that two families are crushed and may not recover for a long time. I feel and pray for both of them. I like the comment earlier, guns and alcohol=death

Where the hell did you get that information? No news story has said that they were smoking "weed".

If I knew I had an appointment with the angel of death, my BAC would be 100%, b-tches. What a stupid comment. She was not driving, her brother murdered her.
