No, illegal aliens, the obam cannot protect you in your own country!!!!!

"Senior U.S. District Judge David Briones in El Paso last year dismissed a lawsuit by the family of the boy because the teen was on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande when he was shot. U.S. law gives the government immunity when such claims arise in a foreign country, Briones noted, and the "harm that the Plaintiffs allege ... was felt in Mexico."

DACA DOES NOT protect mexican rock throwers in mexico!!! When will these dumb arses realize that you can't throw rocks at BP!!! Also, there is no $ in it for illegal aliens, dummies, you have the throw the rocks from the US side in order to get amnesty!!!

Also, don't file a law suit if they taser your arse while you are stoned on meth...know what I mean?!!! lol

If you throw rocks to harm someone, especially the law enforcement officer thats trying to do his job, you just might expect him to have a firearm handy, and there's good reason to expect that if you continue to attempt to do physical harm that this person thats doing his job as a law enforcement officer, just might bust off a few rounds in your direction you just got to think about things like that.

The Border Patrol could have fired over his head, they didn't have to kill him.
I think the US owes his family an apology and some type of settlement.

The Mexican lesson of the day,

Don't bring rocks to a gun fight. Silly Mexicans. Talking to them is like trying to talk to my cat. Maybe if enough are killed they will wake up, i doubt it.

The thugs family should repay the American taxpayers for the cost of the bullet.

Mexico owes 25 American Victims families daily! Mexico owes how many border patrol families who have lost their beloved sons?
As is TYPICAL OF LArAza Scum, they only want a one way ticket, as Mexicans are "Free Me"....they never pay for their own,, much less for their victims or victims families. Drunk Mexicans kill 14 Ameicans daily. Mexico owes us for that as well.
Mexico's debt to Americans is like an abyss. One they never will pay, nor have any mind or conscious to.

For example, Juan, also know as CHief FOS Rico, owes us for having to tolerate his multiple personality disorder for LaRaza. Meanwhile, collecting off the US Workers. See how it works?
One way only for this so called race....
Moochers are a race?

Enough is enough

Todd Staples has pointed it out...
Texans ranchers and farmers are under attack...

Understand the risk,
Be careful out there,

Post all your property against trespass.

If y'all end up in a shooting, call Texas Rangers, not the local SO or PD....

I agree as I wrote in the last post I carry 2 guns. I would have stoped that. That guy did NOT have to die. I'm white and a ex-cop.

Racist , racist , racist !!!!! I wonder how many of the racist comments are non Mexican descent ??? Probably most of you. Should be ashamed !!! All of us came from somewhere else ( unless your are native American) if anyone should be complaining who comes and goes in this country it should be the native Americans. It's like me saying you anglos should go back to Germany !!! Or do you guys agree with the holocaust.?!?!?! Do not be racist !!!!! None of you who are commenting were there that day .... Who's right or wrong only the people who where there know... In the case I feel for the agent on his desicion and for the man who died.
