Miller the low life scum bag has done it again. When is the city going to dump this piece of crap. No end to this loose cannon. Another time he forgot to read a felon his right and he was let go, another time he assulted property and people at the hobo camp, and now he blows it again. When is enough enough? Fire the scumbag.
