I honestly can't even imagine how a person lives with himself, day after day, knowing that he's taking the life savings of the elderly. What right could he possibly think he has to their hard earned funds? My father was also a victim of this parasite on society. It's the same Ponzi scheme that Madeoff "made off" with. They should call the Farmington Hills Police Department and the Oakland County Prosecutor's office first. I would also recommend calling the FBI, FINRA, the Attorney General, and if the money stolen was substantial, the IRS. If he took it, and if it can be proven he did, the next question is; "Did he declare it as income?"
They'll really want to know. Good luck.

Call FINRA, the FBI in Florida and Michigan,(the Troy, Michigan FBI Field Office), the IRS Criminal Investigations Division in Fresno, California and your local police department and county prosecutor in Florida.The more injured people that report and complain, the better the chance justice will be served!
