The best place that I have found for plus size fitness apparel and plus size swimwear is on line at AlwaysForMe.com . They cater to the plus size woman with great fitting qualtiy plus size swimsuits and separates from the AlwaysForMe Sport collection and Speedo. They also have fitness apparel such as Enell sports bras, Danskin leggings and bike shorts. Every woman should feel comfortable to move around without worrying about "jiggle" factor.

I started a walking program a few years to lose weight, on the advice of my doctor and a fitness trainer, and within a few weeks had torn the cartilage in my knee. The orthopedic surgeon told me I had been given very bad advice and that walking is the wrong activity for overweight people because of the risk to the joints. He encouraged me to do pool exercises instead as that was much safer and effective.

And Happy Thanksgiving to you, too.
Considering all of the negative, slanderous posting you do on Upper Darby, now I can see why your neighbors must give you such a hard time. If your that rude in the forum, I can just imagine what you'd say face to face. Wooooeeee!!

I recently saw a program on Pbs about the doctor who developed and researched gastric bypass surgery. I cannot recall his name, but he is so into the whole gastric system, he did some sort of dye study on someone's intestines. The dye they used shows up only on neurotransmitters (like brain cells). Well, all these little clusters of cells showed up surrounding the stomach and intestines. Then there are these hormones generated by the digestive system, that tell you to eat, even if your not hungry. That's why when people have gbps, they loose that constant urge to eat. Along with the portion of stomach removed goes all those little cells cranking out that 'eat hormone'. If you are sincerely sick of being overweight, I strongly suggest you research this topic. Then, after you get a jumpstart with some cellu-loss, there won't be as much strain on your joints when you are weight bearing.
It is a life style change, though. You have to drink alot of water, because the fat metabolism is unbelievable. You also have to take a suppliment, because at first, you won't be able to eat enough protien due to a tender stomach. Good luck. People that are hatefull are always quick to judge. They will never understand what it's like. I always say, that we are the ones that worked the hardest, back in the old times, when there were no machines. That's why we have a big appetite. But now that our genes are programmed to eat, we get heavy because there's no need for constant physical labor anymore.
Way back no one went to the gym. They chased their dinner, or walked long ways to find it!
