Please be mature and think about what you want to write before actually typing it.

Please only write about what Lansdale can do to help become a thriving town. Do not bring up the past or criticize what Lansdale has already done. i.e. bars or tearing down buildings

No, I know how this forum works. Im a long time reader. A lot of people come on here and just randomly make statements that are either irrelevant to the topic at hand or are statements with now clever thought to them.

Okay, no negativity, plain and simple, create more of a family oriented. Community based town. Despite what some might be trying to do I.e. Turn it into manayuk or dolyestown, lansdale is full of familys, not young trendy singles, it needs more of what everyone moves away for . Better youth leagues, more places for children and teenagers to be involved in positive activities . Better police protection from the riff raff that come around( shooting on wedgewood, any news on the shooters?) and stricter borough regs on landlords, many know that the slumlords and lansdale go way back.(not negative, honest) tax breaks for anyone willing to start or relocate a business in the area. Tattoo parlors that need no license or sanitary conditions not included, the ones we have are enough. Become good at what you do before you open the doors and start defacing people's skin! Except Bad Ron, you rock! Sorry had to vent for a second! Create what all great communities have, and do not tolerate the things that denigrate it! I'm done!

Im all for revitalization, but that doesn't mean pricing people out of their own town, walk around lansdale, it's 100k, 200k homes, not 500, 700. These lofts what do they cost? It's a blue collar town, not Beverly hills. The scope of it needs to include the people who already live there who are already dealing with high taxes and high rents.

Galary of Living Arts. Im not even sure where that is anymore. They used to be in the old turbo building, then moved to Cannon Ave. I dont know if they are still there anymore.
