I work for Spectra Energy and I was wondering about this Big Sandy Pipeline. Who and what is the Big Sandy Pipeline?

The Big Sandy line is a pipeline that transports natural gas from EQT Corporation's Langley processing plant in eastern Kentucky's Floyd County to the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company's Broad Run Lateral 60 miles away in Carter County. It is owned and operated by EQT.
The actual lenth of the 20 inch Big Sandy pipeline is 68 miles. It traverses the eastern Kentucky counties of Floyd, Johnson, Lawrence and Carter. It was officially opened in April, 2009. The pipeline was built by Energy Services Corporation of America's T. S. Pipeline division.
The pipeline has a capacity of 130,000 decatherms per day.
