Sheriff's Dept. pick up a terminal cancer patient and transport them for mental evaluation, then confiscate a single pistol from a thickly dust coated lock-box.(no property receipt given, even when requested). It seems to matter not that the Mental Health Center and local Judge put no stock into this situation, the Watch Commander seems to, despite the witnessed evidence that the petition originated from an individual facing assault charges on the cancer patient and her KS paid nurse aide. They also have a restraining order against them. The same person has attempted since to have the cancer patient arrested on false charges again. Welcome to Sylvia, hotbed of discrimination, inequality, denial of due process and absence of civil rights.
