Three years? In the UK, if the shooter is black, they would recieve a little talking to by new labour and sent on thier way. Maybe they would receive 6 months. It would have been so much the better if they all shot eachother and clear this whole thing up. Don't mean to sound racist or anything.

Thank god we have such good judges and prosecuters on the job, wow, 3 years, man that is hard.
Are these clowns for real, why not give the guy 100 years with no parole, he will be back on the street in a year, back to his old tricks.

This the problem in our community, he gets 3 years and someone who did not even hit anybody gets 13 years. Its a total corrupt juducial system, it should not matter if your gang affiliated or not, right is right and wrong is wrong. I do not condone guns, and I really have a problem with him only getting 3 years for shooting someone. I thought you get sixty months for a pistol alone then to shoot someone its sad. Gang task force what happen here?
