The good People of Land O' Lakes should be watchful of the opening of family dental at connerton because they are about to get used and ripped off by greedy abusive doctors. Dr Michael Novy DDS and Dr. Juana Feliz DDS ran away from Mt Vernon, NY amidst complains of insurance fraud and professional misconduct. They gained such bad reputation for taking money and not providing services that patients stopped going to them. Thanks to the internet the truth can be known and greedy dentists can be stopped. Research and you will find all this to be truth.
They created a funny trust so they can not be sued and take your money from you. BRAVO!! Be watchful of your hard earned money go to someone trustworthy.

Shame on you Dr.Michael Novy DDS and Juana Feliz DDS, shame on you. Good hardworking people came to you looking for a dental service and you abused their trust. I Went to your office and believed you were a good dentist but you made me sign Carecredit and never provided me the services. Juana Feliz DDS told my husband that he needed no treatment when he was in pain she charged him for the treatment and did not do anything to help him. We had to go to another dentist an he got the help he needed. Horrible people you are. Shame on You! Shame on you

I've read both positive and negative complaints for these doctors. I used to be a patient at the Mt. Vernon office and still keep in touch Dr. Feliz. I asked her about the post the first person posted, but she couldn't tell me anything due to a patient/doctor privilege. My next question of course was, how can you fight if you don't say what happened. The answer "they can't, their hands are tied. By law they CAN'T share patient information". It seems unfair to me. I was a very satisfied patient and I recommended quite a few co-workers and friends to them and I never heard a complaint. This whole thread sounds a lot like a disgruntled employee!!!

By the way, they didn't run away from Mt. Vernon. They sold the practice and the front desk was supposed to make appointments for Dr. Novy. He came to New York every 1-2 weekends a month to finish the work he had started on some of his patients. I was one of them.
