Your Wish is dependable, reliable and always on time. They are professional and clearly know what they're doing. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and none compare. They provide quality service at affordable price.

I used to use You Wish. Diane makes a lot of promises and doesn't keep them or stand behind them. Here are some to name a few - will always be present with other cleaners, stands by her guarantee, will never be late, doesn't go through employees and sees cleaning and does it. After cleaning my wood floors looked terrible. I left a voice mail telling Diane how terrible they looked. She didn't return my phone call and they looked so bad I had to redo them myself. I then canceled the next cleaning. I then finally got a EMAIL a week later stating she was sorry and didn't know what happened to the floors. I was appalled that it took a week to get back to me and via EMAIL. Are you kidding me? Was she scared to get yelled at? I replied back with my dissatisfaction in both the floors and customer service. She then quit? That's not the guarantee she told me about.
Make sure you don't complain, which you will want too, if you use them.

Customer service definitely has both its rewards and frustrations!

While the vast majority of our clients are happy with the service they receive and continue to refer us to friends and family, not all customers are going to be completely satisfied all the time. Thatís the world of customer service. We do, however, strive to do our best at all times!

In this particular instance, we tried several different products on the floors until we found one that consistently worked to the clientís satisfaction. Part of our weekly cleaning process included getting on our hands and knees to scrub baby formula spots off the floor before mopping (which by the way, is like cement when dry). Although scrubbing by hand was more time consuming, we felt going the extra mile not only made the floors look amazing, but kept the client happy. Are we perfect every time? Absolutely not, but we certainly try our best!

As far as scheduling and arriving on time, we do our best to stay on schedule, but itís just not always feasible to do so. There are times that forces outside of our control,(i.e., inclement weather, traffic, accidents, illness, etc.) alter the schedule. We work long hours and therefore do everything possible to stay on schedule, or at least as close to it as possible.

When a client contacts us, whether by phone or email, we try and respond to the request as quickly as possible. Because we keep a busy schedule and we work long hours, sometimes an email is necessary. The important thing is that we make contact with the client to acknowledge their question, concern, or issue. We value and appreciate each and every client, because without them we have no business!

We appreciate the feedback, both positive and negative, after all, that is what helps us grow and improve. Thatís what helps make us successful.

Try Frances Duncan. She lives in Lutz Florida. She is an indepent opertor. depends on job she charges $75.00 a week or $90.00 if it is an every other week job. leave contact information if you need your house clean.
She done houses before. She use to clean the church.
