In Lancaster, there was just under 11 inches of snow in my backyard. Its the most I've ever seen. Many of the local school districts held classes on Thursday but had to close early due to the deteriorating conditions. On Friday, just about every school district cancelled classes.

Bet my Granny made "Snow Cream". Doesn't happen much there, I know. Had to be fun for the kiddies.
