Two Weeks In a Row Recycables have not been picked up, at our apartment house, On West Miflin.
The Trash from the recycling bin is on the ground and out in the street.
Paying tenants are not receiving any results, they are being forced to live in Filth.
To further the situation, one recycling bin has been removed.

I guess the "drug" "runners" are out of luck.

Pale unshaven redheaded freckled white trash are used to living in filth, so I say screw it.
