They are crying alot like a bunch of babies saying they are getting fired well they should have thought about that because they havent given people the right kind of service the last 6 years they act like we should bow down to them, I heard Dave tell people up at the Upward youth basketball the other day crying that he is going to lose his job if Weston gets in. I hope Weston kills them and fires them all. I think they all are cry babies. WESTON ALL THE WAY

They are a great bunch of guys that i would rely on if my 10,000 rounds run out. You must be prepared to protect yourself and family. These deputies are just spred way to thin this is a very big length wise county to cover so my hats off to garrard co. sheriff dept. Wardrip has always been a fair man and gave me many second chances when growing up. Sure he could have locked me up and ruined my record but i am very succesfull maybe he should of taught me to spell

New sheriff, news deputies, and new county attorney. news county fiscal court people, and new mayor would be a good start to changing some of our problems. Some of the deputies are talking about losing their job well do as everyone else has to that lose their jobs find another one,the pay may not be as good but,do as we all do take what you get.If you have retirement take it and enjoy live the now personally is not a bad person but his deputies are another story pretty much all of them

all of them need to be out and gone.THEY all act the same and treat people the same with little are no respect.I would like to be around when the new sheriff tells them he don't need the old sheriff department, also when metcalf send moss out,and all new county court people.the ones there now haven't done much of anything, but talk. The Mayor has done alot of causing problems and making city look bad

Weston is the one for the job. I have nothing against Ronnie, but I don't like most of his deputies. Reddog needs to stay, but the rest can be history as far as I am concerned. I think Weston is a good person and would uphold the law, equally for everyone. We need to get rid of the good ole boy system.

those deputies will still have families to feed and clothe, house and car payments, retirement to pay into, health ins for themselves and their families.
Those people that already have a job and looking to replace these deputies need to put themselves in the shoes of the young men they want to replace.
I agree that some of them are a bit cocky and arrogant, but they still are endangering their lives to protect yours everytime the get a call or see a violation of the laws of this state.
Hopefully they too will realize that no one is above being replaced and will be humbled by the race for the job.

May the truly ..best...candidates win.

No, only when I want to. That's why they created topics..to get different opinions. I see you only worry about me, instead of having one yourself.

Get over it.

It should not be hard at all to find out who is playing on the 2-way radio. I do not sit around listening to the scanner because i have better things to do. But, if they press the talk button and you hear a bunch of beeps or sounds that is called an identifier which keeps a record of that particular radio so you being the administrator would have hard evidence as to who was playing with their radio. This is fairly old technology around 12 yrs. old. I would think a p.d would have this due to an officer may not be able to talk due to some situations and dispatch would know who needs help. sincerely, smart mofo
