I just paid a fine for no seat belt, which is 20 dollars, plus $122 in penalties. This infraction used to cost $35 but the blood suckers can't raise the fine because the state won't let them, so they tack on penalties in a very copious amount. Their excuse is they need money.

Did you know that the judges get paid full salary by the state, then the county compensates them with equal perks, no wounder the need money.
