The Topix 'content monitor' only removes inapropriate content. Pretty easy to figure out why comments have been removed. BTW, you're in Palmdale? Why are you involved in the business of Holiday Valley?

since when do you have to be in one area and not allowed to comment on another area "Susan". Some people are listed as from Texas or the midwest, but that doesn't mean they are not here. Sprint logs on as San Francisco. ATT logs on as long beach, it just depends where your access point is.

Kind of shows how selfish and self centered you are. It's a big world out there and your little world is shrinking faster and faster.

As far as staying on topic, John Gaglione wasn't mentioned . You brought it up and it wasn't the topic.

I feel that John Gaglione may be a better choice than your group. you are abusive with the complaining which is evident with the Topix editors being forced to remove Holiday valley posts because you threatened to sue them. I could just see the board now, you don't get your way the yelling and screaming will persist till you get what you want.

Your spoiled brat attitude will become a problem as you get older, believe me I am older (90 shooting for 100) and have done the same thing.

Dumpy and Odorus, FYI, as much as you'd like to make this about the Allisons, I am NOT Susan. You are way off base in your mean spirited comments. This isn't about you or me or personal attacks.

This Holiday Valley topic is about the recall of the current water board President and election of new board members who will do their darndest to get the tank fiasco resolved, put the district in the black, properly grade the dirt roads in the community and plan for the future.

Is there another topic we should be aware of?

Nowhere in the above starter statement it says anything about water bds, or water board President and election of new board members.

3. Failed to adequately study, design, plan and budget for the capital assets of the District.

4. Failed to follow State mandated procedures and contract codes resulting in expenditures over $175,000 for a tank which remains unusable several months after installation.

5. Failed to adequately evaluate and document District water usage prior to #3 Tank Project expenditures.

6. Failed to adequately maintain Holiday Lake Recreational Facilities resulting in a fire citation and significant decline in the lake’s appearance and utility.

7. Failed to adequately maintain roadways and appurtenances as required by the original Occidental Land Charter.

8. Failed to adequately perform due diligence prior to ceasing water supply to Holiday Lake, resulting in potential loss of breeding grounds for the Tricolored Blackbird, a species of State and Federal Special Concern.

9. Failed to file timely financial reports with the State Controller as directed in Article 11.02 of WVCWD Rules and Regulations.

10. Failed to provide accurate, up to date information regarding District operations.

What makes you think the topic on this blog is for the water board or John Gaglione. You political pests turn my stomach. To many of your kind are already legislatively dictate your views.

What makes you think you can do a better job with the same circumstances, you possibly would have to make the same decisions everybody else had to make. The G&S team complained to the editors and threatened to sue the if they didn't remove the subject matter that the G&S team didn't like. The editors got angry and took the whole posting out. A member of the G&S team was bragging in a E-mail to a friend that she could quash anything.

That's a lot of typing. The Valley Press stopped posting articles a while ago to keep people from coping the articles. I don't see any claim of permission for the posting.

The reason I mention this is that I don't want the editors to delete the post again, like they did before when the G&S team complained about posting and plagiarism.

So Gary and susan are starting their attack campaign by posting News paper articles on Topix. They screamed and yelled when anybody else did that but it is OK to feather their nest. You abused the Avhidesert and got kicked off so you couldn't spread your word now you found a new avenue to blather. A while ago you people screamed and yelled about posting News Paper articles without permission and chastised everybody else, but you idiots are special, You can do anything you want because "you can".

I can't beleive Holiday valley, cant open there eyes to the crap that is running to take Johns spot. But you remove John. You must enjoy paying the new water rate, eh? You must enjoy not being able to use the clubhouse because we can't afford the rental fee. You must think it's OK for the coummunity to pay 32K a year to maintain the lake the clubhouse and the roads and still have to drive down the roads even when they are all washboarded out. You probably think it's OK for our community to be assessed 32K a year and have falling down road signs with most of them not even showing a name.

Let me ask you, what have you tried to do to make H/V a better place for the residents? Stuck your head in the sand so you don't have to be bothered?

I would suggest to you, you don't know who John is. If you really want to know what the water district has done, just go down any washboarded road, really look at the signs on any corner on the way, go check out OUR clubhouse and see the filthy carpet and cobwebs.

The current board hasn't done anything except bring a HUGE liability to the residents over that tank that we don't even need. The fact is we don't even need that new tank....it hasn't even delivered a drop of water to the residents in the year and a half it's been up.

Sound to me like you need to wake up and get a clue.

Thanks, Claudine for restating that the election is to recall Mr. Gaglione for his mismanagement of the water board. Unfortunately wasted months of vicious attachs against the person who was against the water rate increase and who asks tough questions of the Board took place. A big apology is due the person from the community.
The best choice for honest, fair, positive change is Jackie, Ann and Donna.
