As horrible as this story is, . . at least this man turned the gun on himself and ended it all, rather than chicken out and make a run for it, only to be arrested later and waste everyone's time with a lengthy trial and then long long sentencing.

This sounds like a clear-cut homicide police coverup. Perhaps the PD was involved?

You are all insensitive!! What about the 9year old child who saw her father murder her own mother in front of her? This poor child faces a lifetime of counseling, and she will never get over it. Where is your compassion?

I agree with Ex-Cali Girl.
Your insensitive behavior is exactly what is wrong with this world. That little girl lost her mother in a most violent manner and she witnessed it. If it was your family member you might see things differently...or maybe not, you are too much into yourself to feel compassion for another person.
My heart goes out to the families of those women and to the child.

Why didn't he just kill himself, who know's why he didn't. Obviously, he felt extreme rage towards his ex wife and sister and wanted to take them with him. The saddest thing is the little girl lost her mother and witnessed it.

That poor 9-year-old was not only traumatized, but now is an orphan. I hope she has a loving relative who can take care of her. This is horrible.

<quoted text>Who's being insensitive now? The little girl also lost a father who obviously had some emotional issues he was unable to solve on his own. You should include the family of this deranged young man who also lost a son in a very violent manner. Let's all forgive him for his transgressions and sit around singing Kumbaya while we hug and tell everyone it's going to be okay. Poor mentally ill man, ex wife probably drove him to financial ruin and his sister was probably constantly nagging him. It is after all the only thing women are good at, nagging and being a pain in every mans life. How's that for insensitive? Now get over here and blow me.

Yeah I agree....and that poor little girl. She witnessed her mom being shot, she's lucky he didn't turn the gun on her, too! Hopefully she has family that can help her through this.
