I have an idea- let's plant some crops in a flood plain and then and then whine about it when they get washed out! Give the land you raped back to the prairie - nature doesn't like you!

if you farm on flood land go to the ag extentsion and put it in flood/water plain project and get paid for doing no farming on this land
