In reference to this headline, you may want to take a moment to review your libel laws. Yes, my brother is currently serving time for growing 18 marijuana plants but to imply that it was an "illegal side job" is outright defamation. Likewise, calling him a "marijuana farmer" is the same. Was he charged with distribution? No. Was he even charged with intent to distribute? No. He was growing pot. Plain and simple. His art gallery was his passion, his love, his life. Your headlining sentence implies that he was selling on the side and last time I checked, even if a crime was committed, this implication is a libelous accusation. I would suggest that you check your facts and rewrite your sentence to correctly reflect this case.

6 ears for growing a harmless pleasure giving plant!! Barbaric! Legalize t for adults and be done with t. No one should sit n jail for pot. There are people in prison for non violent pot offenses that are doing more time than murderers, armed robbers and child molesters!
