THE SAD FACT OF LIVING NEAR WATER OR THE OCEAN IS MOTHER NATURE IS IN "CONTROL". WITH MILLIONS SPENT ON BEACH REPLENISMENTS EVERY YEAR EITHER BY HURRICANES OR JUST NASTY STORMS IN FLORDIA THE PROBLEM NEVER GOES AWAY ITS ONLY A BAND AIDE.NOW THAT PEOPLE LOVE TO SEE WATER AND ALL ITS BEAUTY,ITS TIME TO TAKE A REALITY CHECK.SAME WITH RIVERS AND LOW LYING STREAMS. AND DON'T THINK FOR ONE MOMENT THE GOVERMENT IS GOING TO BALE YOU OUT SOME MAYBE, MOST NOT. YOU CHOSE TO LIVE NEAR WATER THEN YOU BALE.ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS SCREWED UP NEW ORLEANS. TAKE THAT AS A REMINDER,ITS NOT THE PANAMA CANEL.MOVE OR LIVE THE LIFE OF A AMPHIBIAN.
