A 15,000-square-foot grocery store is planned near a Union 76 gasoline station and a Starbucks store in DuPont and could open by December, city officials say. via The Olympian

Is this really true? They (the city, local press, economic development director) have been stringing us along for so long now. I understand the company behind the "other" grocery store (the IGA to be built between Venture Bank and the darkened restaurant) is in Chapter 11 right now.
