I was eating at Burger Express with my friend last evening (May 8th) around 8:45. You walked in wearing a dark baseball cap; you were driving a SUV with blue Ft. Lewis tags. I wanted to approach to start a conversation but I am awkward with random dialogue so I pretty much ran out.
