Dan, brother, this the first time I read your complete story. You have been in jail a long time. I don't necessarily believe the cover up but from one vet to another...do you need anything? My question is how you were transferred from a MP unit to a special forces unit, where you were required to parachute out of an aircraft with out specialized training. Even back in that day it never happened that easily.

Thanks for the input...

I was a medic before I was reclassified to Military Police. Worked back and forth between the two MOS's. Enlisted in intelligence 1965, Dustoff Medic in Vietnam 1968-69. Reclassed to MP in 1969.

Went to Airborne school in 1976 for assignment [medic] to 2/75 Ranger at Fort Lewis. 2/39th Infantry 1977-80 [Medical Platoon Sergeant and later as Intelligence Sergeant].

Returned to Military Police in 1980 and transferred to Ranger unit in 1981 to replace murdered Medical Platoon Sergeant. My parachute failed two months later. Overdosed on Morphine and Demerol. Framed twice to ruin my reputation and credibility as a witness.

September 1997__Defense Intelligence informed me [tape recorded] the Rangers were murdered in a mole operation, and I was framed to protect careers.

So here I am...still fighting to clear my name.

Hang In There!

PS:__Don't fall for that politically correct garbage..."Thank you for your service."

The phrase originated during WWII in Soviet Russia and is still used in the Russian military today.

Dude...Ranger Bats don't have a medical platoon. Each platoon has a Platoon medic (aidman), and there are like 12 of them in the entire battalion. Big difference, and just another lie you purport as true. There is a med officer, (lieutenant) PA, (usually a WO) 2 med specialists, (Typically SSG's or SFC's) and around 10-12 aides that are just trained extra good (CLS) from the rifle platoons. It's been that way since the 50's. Keep lying...

1976 __ 37 Years ago...2/75th had "platoon" medics. I worked for C Company under SFC Matoon, and CPT Ohl. Due to shortage of medics [four for entire battalion] I also was tasked for B Company. We had a PA assigned to us through a Troop Medical Clinic.

1981 __ 32 Years ago...2/75th had a medical platoon tasked-out for company support. It was a mess. It was a platoon in name only. The boys were permanently tasked-out to the same platoon. In 1981 2/75th was a total mess. The murdered doctor [Battalion Surgeon] was a Captain, replaced by a PA.

Under political correctness [began in 1979] who knows what the configuration of the 2/75th has become.

Try again because from the 1950's the Ranger Battalions have undergone constant reconfiguration.

Ranger Battalions were reorganized in the mid 1970's.

If I recall correctly 2/75th was established at Fort Lewis around 1974. I would defy you further by posting copies of my orders, EER's & SEER from 1976 and 1981 __ except Topix continues to remove such documents, including a copy of my Honorable Discharge during confinement.

I love it when you jump in and make a fool of yourself. Keep up the good work.

There has never been a "medical platoon" in the Ranger Bats. There have been platoon medics. the only thing that changes constantly in the Bats is configuration of the rifle platoons, and their M-TOE with numbers and types of weaponry. You are a farce, and I'm sick of you clogging up the boards with your deluded rants. You claim to be innocnet of all the crap you've been accused and convicted of, but nobody has a string of bad luck like yours. NOBODY. Quit raping people, and you won't go to prison for it.

I saw a guy walking down the street yesterday screaming at the sky, while slapping himself in the face. I felt sorry for him, and hope he gets the help he needs as a tortured brain/soul has gotta' hurt. Was that person you?

You need to work on your signature block too...that's not how it would be written.(In a military format) Also, it's immersion foot, not emersion foot, but you're a medic, right?
