Disorderly conduct, Beech Street: Two Baldwin Wallace University students - a Louisville, Kentucky man and a Columbus woman, both 18 - face misdemeanor criminal charges after yelling a racial slur outside the room of a black student in Findley Hall, 265 Beech. Here's what happened, according to police: The black student, a 19-year-old Cleveland woman, was in her dorm room with two friends on the evening of Oct. 6. A male and female, later identified as the Louisville man and Columbus woman, shouted, "What's up?" followed by a racial slur, in the hallway outside the Cleveland woman's room.

Why wasn't the Cleveland woman arrested ? Spitting in someone's face can transfer a multitude of diseases.
