Accused dog-shooter ordered held without bond pending a detention hearing next week
A man accused of shooting a dog in a Cleveland Heights park in November will be held in jail without bond pending the outcome of a hearing next week, a magistrate has ruled.

Someone needs to U.S. District Attrny Galvin why the felony charge's will be dismissed on this P.O.S, he is an animal savage and for the good of society be put away for life or given the electric chair. Why was he released early on the rapes he committed against the teenage girl's, who released him and why????? Prison, Prison Prison is where he belongs, where is the public outrage on all of this- would you want this savage living on your street??? If judge Nugent dosen't hammer him he should be recalled and disbarred from practicing law as well!!!!
