"Authorities arrested two men suspected of burglarizing a home in East Long Beach Wednesday morning after police allegedly caught the duo in the act."
There was nothing alleged about it... The police really caught them. Come on PT! Do some editing!

A fine example of how the Press-Telegram is sinking faster than the Queen Mary!

Congratulations to the concerned citizen who reported the suspicious acts, and also to the LBPD for their prompt response and successful capture of the robbers. Excellent effort by all concerned. This action is precisely the way to take back our City from the criminal and gang elements who now seem to run rampant.

I love it that one of the thiefs was bitten on the hand by the police dog. Too bad he wasn't bitten on the butt! In the old days, theifs lost their hands for stealing. Look forward to more crime in the 5th District after Jerry Schipske and the Lowenthals get that homeless treatment center installed on Willow. If Lowenthal is elected to the 54th Assembly District, just think of the havoc she can reap. Homes values in East Long Beach will drop faster than a speeding bullet!

The BLEEDING heart libs like Schipske and the corrupt clan Lowenthal is one of the PRIME reasons Long Beach is in the financial straits it is now!

We will just feed and cloth the downtrodden masses, ALL on the taxpayer dime!

After all it is the mean old conservatives fault for everything-but when Osama Obama or Hillary care is in place then that will be time for rejoicing! Life will be good, we will gather in circles and sing Kumbaya, illegals will get driver's licenses, and taxes will be funneled into a bottomless pit.

Ahh yes this we can expect if the latte sippers become dictators once again

Too bad the owner wasn't a cop like the burglary that occured at the Promenade downtown. He could have just shot them and saved us the burden of housing them for the next 20 years in jail.

I love LFF's pic...it makes me think of you dealing out old school justice every time you post.

Dogs run faster and can smell out the crooks. Nothing makes a police dog happier than finding a bad guy. Makes us happy too. :-)

I am happy they caught the bad guys.
I am, however, against using dogs in their apprehension.
My dog-friends are not, weapons!
That said, I certainly am supportive of police shooting first and asking questions, later.
