A guy goes to your house and 3:30 am isn't looking to have a chat.

Unless there is some serious evidence to the contrary, I'm thinking it's self defense.

I saw the incident and was the one who called 911. The whole thing could have ended peacefully if the man just shut his door, locked it, and called the police.

The whole thing could have been avoided, if the moron hadn't gone to the guy's house at 3:30 am!

His genes are best left out of the gene pool.

1. Where do you get 3:30 a.m?
2. Why Did this "marine" open himself to a situation while his child was sleeping inside the home?
3. Being a trained marine, he struck to kill. Self defense my ace.
4. My heart goes out to the orphaned children.
5. I hope the stupid broad in the middle of all this goes through psychological hell.

The ABC and LA Times versions stated 3:30 am.

Anything after 9 pm is looking for trouble.

You're giving the guy so much credit for being a "trained marine". Maybe the bf should have been smart enough to take that into consideration.

LOL! Your heart goes out to the children, but you hope the mom goes through "psyholigical hell". You obviously don't care too much about those kids. Either that, or you're just a moron.

Haven't read anything about her.

More than likely. Someone comes to your house after midnight, is only looking for trouble.

Sounds as if the other guy got what he was asking for.

I heard the ex wife of the marine lied about having a husband to her BF and went there to start trouble intentionally. The Marine did what most guys would do protect his family. The guy went to start trouble instead of just dumping the girl for lying. Whooooo Raaaaaa

It could have ended peacefully but from what i heard the BF had a gun and if the Marine would have not opened the door whose to say the BF wouldnt have shot down the door and the Marines daughter be there and maybe the Marine still in love with his wife and finds out she has a BF. I say it's the Biotch who conspired all this.

They have been together since the 10th grade and she has been like a cancer in his life he gets treatment and the cancer comes back, she drinks takes meth, and whores around, he's a staff sargent in the marines and has gave her every thing and more than she can ask for, you can take the women out of the ghetto, but u can't take the ghetto out of the women. She should be held responsable for the stabbing she took the guy there knowing her daughter was a sleep and that her dad was not gonna let anything happen to her or him..all I can say is she has done this many times. Its the guys fault for coming to the marines house.....
