I think the 16 year old should come out of the closet. We all knew at 16 that we could say no, but funny how so far I haven't read anything that said the boy clearly said "no i dont want this", all I've seen is statements that he was "scared to say no" and many people have used those sorry statements, if you dont want something bad enough, no matter the situation, you WILL find it in you to say no. He wanted it, and then when people found out he had to find a way to cover his own end, sending someone to prison if need be. This isn't a case of forced perversion, it's a case of a boy who tucks his tail at the thought of someone finding out he's a homosexual.
