I've been noticing a whining sound like a huge industrial blower or shredder coming from the Lakeville direction (Southeast of my house in Credit River). I notice it whenever I go outside 24/7, particularly in the quiet early morning hours, and now that the leaves are gone I can even hear it in the house. I have been aware of this for close to a year and it may have been going on longer.

I can tell that this sound is distant but very loud, and must be very obvious and annoying to anyone in the Lakeville area.

Does anyone know what this is?
