Charges against Carter jail employees dismissed

A judge has dismissed charges against two current employees and one former worker at the Carter County Detention Center after a special prosecutor failed to state reason why he should not do so.

well will wonders never cease. anyone in their right mind would have known they would have gotten off. they are right back at the correction facility, yelling and hollering at the inmates like usual. really people wake up get these so called workers out of there.
