I have been cited unfairly by wichita falls department of traffic safety dot. After been stopped for a level II cdl vehicle inspection and not finding any violations officer proceeds to offer a choice of unfair violations not commited but accourding to him i had a choice and I quote officer's choices "I will give you a choice, I have to give you a citation pick one, No seatbelt or a speeding ticket. Really what is my fair choice turn him down and risk getting arrested? Is there anything that can be done against this unfair practice?
